The Position

Are you passionate about patisserie, adept at creating delightful, decadent pastries and desserts? Interested in taking your career to the next level in a five-star hotel? Then Brown's Hotel would love to invite you to join us as Head Pastry Chef.

As Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional pastries and desserts for our discerning guests, adding your own flair and innovation to menu favourites. Reporting to the Executive Chef Brown's & Balmoral, Ross Sneddon, this role is ideal for an aspiring Senior Pastry Sous Chef looking for the first Head Pastry Chef role.

Along with delivering our dessert and pastry menu to the highest standards, and to budget, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team, working alongside talented Pastry Sous Chef to ensure the best possible dining experience for our guests.
