The Position

You will be working with our talented Chefs who are all passionate about using fresh seasonal produce whilst developing and training their team.
You will support the Demi Chef de Partie and the Chef de Partie to ensure the smooth running of a station within our busy kitchen and facilitate the flawless delivery of our world-class menus. This role will be diverse as will operate over many kitchens including banqueting, afternoon tea, In Room Dining and staff restaurant.
Duties will range from food preparation and mise-en-place to mucking in during service and ensuring health and safety practices are adhered to. Flexibility and an eagerness to learn are key as you will be expected to support the wider kitchen team as and when required. You will thrive as part of a team, communicating with colleagues with confidence and sensitivity.
