Feasibility & Development Analyst

This role is perfect for someone with 1-2 years of experience in feasibility or development within the luxury hotel sector.
As a key player in our Development team, you’ll support the evaluation of exciting new hotel projects and renovation opportunities. You’ll collaborate with multiple departments, including Operations, Finance, and Marketing, to deliver comprehensive market research, feasibility studies, and financial projections.
Your key responsibilities

In this role you will fulfil the Rocco Forte Hotels’ mission by:
- Conduct detailed market research and feasibility studies for new hotel projects, analysing demand generators and competitive landscapes.
- Work closely with design teams to recommend facilities that will enhance market positioning, driving occupancy, and revenue.
- Prepare and run valuations on new opportunities, including pro forma packages and financial projections for internal approvals.
- Coordinate pre-opening operating budgets and assist in the preparation of project summaries and critical review documents for senior executives.
- Act as a liaison between the Development team, Legal Counsel, and other departments, ensuring seamless contract negotiations and project progress tracking.
- Maintain a development database, tracking project pipelines and ensuring timely updates on project milestones.
- Assist with ROI analyses for existing hotels undergoing renovations or expansions, providing insights into the financial viability of proposed changes.
- Collaborate with external consultants, owners, and potential investors to present financial analyses and understand project dynamics.

- A master degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in feasibility or development in a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong analytical, financial modelling, and market analysis skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
