Corporate Senior HR Manager
We’re looking for a Corporate Senior HR Manager to join our London-based head office team and play a pivotal role in driving people strategies across our luxury hotel portfolio in Europe and beyond.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and support global HR projects and cross-regional initiatives
- Partner with hotel HR teams and corporate leaders to elevate engagement, development, and performance
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment legislation, and company standards
- Deliver key people programs that support a high-performance and service-oriented culture
You’ll be a trusted HR business partner, helping shape our people experience and supporting leaders to deliver on our brand’s commitment to excellence.
What We’re Looking for:
Essential
- Strong experience in HR management, ideally in a multinational or hospitality environment
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to work across cultures and regions
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and an understanding of HR practices across Europe
- Confidence in managing the full employee lifecycle, HR operations, and HR projects
- Collaborative approach with a passion for people
Desirable:
- Background in hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service-focused industries
- CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience)
